Every Trailblazer product is made to order, just for you. This helps us reduce waste and create more sustainably. Because of this process, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please check sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.
We will happily replace or refund items that:

Are the wrong item sent by mistake
To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@thetrailblazer.shop. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll respond within 3 business days.

Refunds: If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Trailblazer isn’t responsible for shipping delays, lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or return shipping costs unless the product was faulty.
